Working alongside Rapid Test Digital Ltd and their world class optical and magnetic sensor design team we developed a completely bespoke test unit designed to meet demanding price and accuracy requirements.
Through iterative design and prototyping we developed the enclosure, stick and internal mechanism.
Removing Human Error
The device can accommodate any number of supported LFAs by an NFC cartridge recognition system which automates the selection of the sensing software. It can be operated professionally or by the minimally trained, such as in workplace screening applications.
We took the design through several rounds of iterative development testing out the mechanism, scale and user interaction of the product using 3D prints and rapid prototyped parts.
