The final stage in the design process is the creation of a comprehensive pre production package. This package includes detailed 2D engineering drawings, bill of materials (BOM), and all essential CAD files.

Each project has its own unique challenges & journey despite being part of the same design process. Our fees are for our time to design the product from beginning to end, collaborating with makers of prototypes and manufacturers for full production which we will quote on during the process. We would be glad to discuss your project in a face to face or virtual meeting which will then allow us to provide a proposal.

Feasibility/Concept Design is where we use research techniques to develop a knowledge of the product sector & the necessary competitors before creating a set of concept design drawings which explain the form & function of the potential product path for you to choose from.
3D Development is a stage which we take the knowledge gained from the previous stage to the 3d modelling software which allows us to create the data necessary for the next stage:
Prototype & Test gives us the opportunity to create real representations of the final product using rapid prototyping methods which we can then test for fit & function with things like impact, PCBs, & environmental sealing.
Pre Production is where we gather all the data created previously & liaise with our manufacturing partners to prepare for full production, providing quotes to the client & preparing them for our handover.
Marketing support provides us with the opportunity to help with creating photo realistic computer aided renders for website, print, or e-commerce purposes.
We can provide support to your crowd-funding project & will tailor a proposal to suit your timescales & on-boarding needs.
